Experienced IT Security professional with over 10 years of in-depth technical knowledge and practice. He holds a BA in Finance and an MSc in Digital Systems Security. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Piraeus, Department of Digital Systems Security. Since 2006 he has been working in the field of IT security on key projects in Greece and abroad. Since 2009 he has been managing Secnews.gr, a website which provides useful information on issues of IT security, inter alia, to users and professionals. He has organized ethical hacking events, including EthiHak Contest. A member of the Hellenic Cyber Security Team since 2016. He has been instructor on the Cyber Security field at the National School of Judges on September 2018. He is also Lead Auditor with ISO certification on ISO 27001. Certified on IBM Cloud Solutions, VMware VTSP and VMware VSP, Data Center Virtualization, Architecting a vSphere Solutions, vCenter and Virtual Machine Management.
